Summer League swimming provides an excellent opportunity for children to exercise, improve their swimming technique, compete, and above all HAVE FUN!

The Grafton Dolphins Swim Team practices and hosts swim meets at Grafton Pool, which is located in Stafford County Virginia, just outside of historic Fredericksburg.  Our team competes in the Rappahannock Swim League (RSL) which is comprised of 25 summer swim teams from the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Caroline, and Orange, Virginia. We are in the American Division competing against the Chancellor Blue Dolphins, Dahlgren Sharks, Ferry Farm Flying Fish, Lake of the Woods Barracudas , and Lee's Hill Lightning swim teams. Our team is designed for swimmers between the ages of 4 and 18. Please check out our Step Swimmers Program if you have a swimmer who cannot yet swim the length of the pool!  Age group determination is made based on the age of swimmers on June 1st, 2026, per the Rappahannock Swim League. A swimmer turning 19 after the June 1st cutoff is eligible to swim the current season.
