    Sponsorship Information

    The Grafton Dolphins Swim Team is gearing up for our 2026 swim team season. We strive to enrich the lives of kids in the Falmouth, Ferry Farm, Grafton, and Fredericksburg Communities by providing a place for children to build their swimming skills during the summer. Our goal is to enrich the kids’ social skills, team skills and sportsmanship.

    We are reaching out to businesses in our community to help us raise fund to support our team and aid us in having a successful swim team season that all kids can enjoy. The Grafton Dolphins Swim Team is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, and your donations are tax-deductible. We are hoping to make this the best swim year possible and this will not be possible without the generosity of our community. We are currently looking for team sponsors and/or donations for this year’s season. The attached forms outline sponsorship opportunities and donations that would help in making this a fun and inviting time for all.

    A little about our swim team is:

    • From June through July/August: The children have practices every weekday morning and parents are required to volunteer at all meets to ensure the meets run smoothly.
    • Our team averages about 90-100 kids each season
    • We try to limit costs to families and offer potential scholarship to those in need.
    • Minimal registration/participation costs per swimmer, which covers coaching staff salaries, lifeguard salaries, pool rental fees, equipment expenses, insurance premiums, RSL dues, and software, as well as administrative costs of running a meet, including ribbons, awards, and water for volunteers and referees.

    Platinum $1000+

    • Company name/logo featured in an advertisement in the Rappahannock Swim League Championships program
    • Company name listed on team bags distributed to all swim team members
    • Company name listed on all home meet heat sheets
    • May have a sign or banner (maximum of 6 ft. long by 3 ft.) to be hung at the Grafton Pool on the fence line all summer (banner provided by sponsor)
    • May have a table set up at all three of our home meets.
    • Announcement of your sponsorship at every home swim meet in 2026

    • Name listed as a sponsor on the homepage of our swim team website for a period of one year (if a business, we can include a hyperlink to your website).

    Gold $750+

    • May have a sign or banner (maximum of 6 ft. long by 3 ft.) to be hung at the Grafton Pool on the fence line all summer (banner provided by sponsor)
    • Will be able to have a table set up at all three of our home meets
    • Announcement of your sponsorship at every home swim meet in 2026

    • Name listed as a sponsor on the homepage of our swim team website for a period of one year (if a business, we can include a hyperlink to your website).

    Bronze $250+

    Checks should be made payable to Grafton Dolphins Swim Team. A tax-exempt form will be provided upon request.

    Thank you for your support this swim season!  Your donation makes a difference, no matter the amount! Our swim team will gladly accept any donation to help keep the costs of joining our team reasonable so any child between the ages of 4 and 18 who wishes to join our team may do so.
