Please join us for the end of season awards banquet and potluck dinner on Sunday, July 28th from 6 - 10 p.m. at the Grafton Pool. This event is for all swim team families, not just our swimmers. Our banquet is a time for our entire team to celebrate together!

At the banquet, we will distribute participation medals and team photos for all team members (including step swimmers). We hope you will come! Please RSVP on Swimtopia so we know how many people to expect at the event. (If you have already RSVP'd by email, I have counted you!)

Our banquet will take place on the blacktop near the basketball courts at Grafton Pool. Please bring seating for your family (chairs or towels/blankets).

For our potluck dinner, the team will provide Peruvian chicken. Please make sure to RSVP to ensure that we will have enough for everyone who attends. Every family is also asked to bring some food to share. If your last name begins with A - L, please bring a dessert to share. If your last name begins with M - Z, please bring a side dish to share (e.g. veggies, fruits, any type of salad, a casserole, baked beans, macaroni and cheese or any pasta dish, a vegetarian option, pizza, potatoes, coleslaw, etc.).

We will have coolers filled with water and a variety of other beverages but if you have a special beverage that you wish to drink at the banquet, please bring that with you.

We plan to eat first, then pass out swimmer awards, team photos, and coaches' gifts. Team members and their families will have the opportunity to swim after all awards have been provided and when the lifeguards give permission to swim (probably close to 7 p.m.).

Everyone will be allowed to swim, so be sure to bring your bathing suit if you wish!
