Finals 

Finals are scheduled for next Friday July 25th at 4pm at Jeff Rouse Swim Center. There are 3 sessions to the meet: 

1st session is for 10 and under swimmer events 

 2nd session is for all swimmers in relays and 100m events 

3rd session is for 11 and over swimmer events 

Warm ups for 10 and under swimmers are from 3:30-3:45 

Warm ups for 11 and over swimmers are from 6:00-6:15.

Swimmers need to have competed in 2 meets this year to qualify for finals. You must declare your swimmer by noon on Saturday July 19th in order to be in finals. 

Parent volunteer jobs are now open. Please pay attention to the session you are signing up for in relation to the age of your swimmer. Please let us know if you have any questions!

There are no presales for finals shirts this year but they will be available at the meet. I have attached a picture of the shirts for this year.

We will have a designated section for our team inside the Rouse Center (it is a stadium seating set up). They will be selling concessions at the meet. Outside food is not allowed inside the Rouse Center. You are welcome to pack coolers and eat outside (as long as you are not missing your events!) 

Coaches Gifts 

We love our Grafton Coaches and getting to thank them after a great season! If you would like to contribute to the coaches thank you gifts you can give cash/check to any board member or send it on Venmo to Katie Vosburg @Katie-Vosburg5 with Coaches Gift in the comment section 

Banquet 

Our end of year awards banquet will be on Sunday July 27th at 6pm at Grafton Pool. The team will provide chicken, hot dogs, and drinks. Last names A-L please bring a dessert to share. Last names M-Z please bring a side dish to share. Make sure to bring your chairs. We will eat, recognize our awesome swimmers and coaches, then play in the pool!

Swim Team Board for 2026 Season 

Board members are limited to a 2 year term so some of us will no longer be able to serve in our positions. The following positions will need to be filled for the Swim Team Board next year-

We will be voting in the new board members at the banquet.

You can reach out to any of the board members from this year for more information. I can only speak for myself but it has been a truly rewarding position for the past 2 years and I love seeing the kids out there in the water! It makes the effort totally worth it!

Don't forget our Swimathon is on Tuesday July 22nd at regular practice times. This is a great way to bring in funds for all of our end of season expenses. The pledge sheets to ask family and friends were attached to Coach Brandi's last email about the swimathon. Thank you for your support!
