Practice Times & Expectations:

All swimmers are expected to have water, goggles, and a towel for practice. A swim cap is up to the swimmer’s preference (a swim cap is encouraged for swim meets)!

• 9 to 10 a.m. = 11 & Older Age Group and 10 to 11 a.m. = 10 & Under Age Group (A parent is expected to be in attendance for this practice to watch over their child)
• Step Swimmers will be assigned to a 30 minute time slot within the 10 to 11 a.m. time frame (M-Th). It is possible for a child to move up and swim the entire hour, but that is up to the discretion of the Head of Step Swimmers.

Night Practice is held on M-Th (excluding meet nights) from 7 to 8 p.m. Swimmers must be legal in all four strokes in order to attend. (Night practice is recommended and is a great experience!) Any Questions? Please reach out!
