Hello all,

Summer is quickly approaching and wanted to communicate the date and time for this year's RSL Referee training: Sunday, June 7th at 7pm. This will be a Zoom call that will last about an hour. ALL referees need to attend or watch the recording to be approved for referee duties in the RSL (even if you are USA and/or VHSL certified). This is a briefing to go over the RSL rule changes made during the off season. Please share with all of your team referees/admin referees.

Good morning,

A few more things ahead of tonight's meeting:

Everyone (including those who completed the waiver for USA Swimming/VHSL certified), needs to complete the 2026 RSL Officials Verification form so that you can be certified before our first meets begin on Wednesday.  

Please complete this today so the officials committee has enough time to process/verifiy all official trainings, waivers and Zoom meeting attendance.

To obtain credit for attending the Zoom meeting tonight, please be sure to put in the chat your full name, email and team.
