Hi all,

I'm going to try to break this off into 4 sections.  Please read it all the way through.

Monday's away meet 6/13/26

I know we just got done with our last swim meet, but our next one is Monday 6/13.  The meet info. from Lee's Hill is attached.  We need to have all swimmers declared on Swimtopia by Friday 6/10.  

We still need the following positions:

Clerk of course - both for 1st half, and one more for the 2nd half

Admin Ref - 1 for 2nd half

Stroke and Turn Judge - need 1 for 2nd half

Finals for swimmers  

Our division is hosting finals on Friday 7/24.  Swimmers need to be declared by Thursday 7/16.  

A swimmer must have times in two meets to be able to swim in finals. No NT (no time) will be accepted.

Please be aware that if you have a swimmer in finals an adult needs to volunteer during the meet.

Warm ups for 10 and under are 3:30-3:15 - Lanes 6-10 for Grafton.

Warm ups for 11 and over are 5:30 - 5:45 - Lanes 6-10 for Grafton.

There are 3 sessions: (times are approximates)

1st session is for 10 and under swimmer events (4 PM - 5:30 PM)

2nd session is for all swimmers in relays and 100 yard events (6:30 PM - 7:45 PM)

3rd session is for 11 and over swimmer events (8 PM - 9:30 PM)

Volunteer for Finals

The volunteer sign-up sheet is finally up.  I need to turn in the list at my next RSL meeting, so all volunteers spots need to be filled by 6/21 by 11 AM.  Please pay attention to what shift you are signing up for and to make sure the align with your child's events.  There are also a clean-up shift for Friday after our finals, and then Sunday for when the whole meet is complete.  

Banquet

If you have not RSVP'd tor the banquet on Sunday, 7/26 yet, please do so on the Swimtopiia app.  The board will be getting the main course and drinks for everyone.  We will send out more information soon about what we ask people to bring (sides or dessert).
